The experience behind the advice.

A few projects from my years running Gavin Giddings Refurbishments — so you can see the sort of work that shaped what I now advise on. Click any image to view it larger.

Fulham Road

A period building, brought back to let.

A full internal refurbishment on Fulham Road — the main reception stripped right back to bare walls and brickwork, then rebuilt and redecorated to a high rental standard, ready for new tenants.

South Kensington

A kitchen rebuilt from the joists up.

Stripped back to bare joists and pipework, then rebuilt as an open kitchen with a central island, full-height gloss units and a warm oak floor.

Onslow Square

Back from the fire.

A reception room gutted by fire, with scorched ceilings and smoke-damaged walls, taken back and fully reinstated: new ceilings, cornicing, plaster and decoration, ready to live in again.

Crompton Court

A closed-in kitchen, opened up.

The old kitchen stripped out and replaced with a handleless gloss kitchen and stone worktops, opened onto the living space over a continuous oak floor.

These projects were delivered by Gavin Giddings Refurbishments over many years. Today I no longer take on the building work myself — but every project like these is part of the experience I bring to advising you.
