We are builders mainly specialising  in the preparation of rental  properties ranging from £200 to   £12,000 per week. Nevertheless, we  cut the coat according to the cloth.  Our work is in Central London and  mainly involves rental properties.  However, we also work on  properties for owner occupation and  prepare some for sale. Our  tradesman have worked together for  as many as 20 years and operate an  experience based system allowing  us to get in, work and get out with  accuracy. This saves cost and  results in client good humour! We have worked for 20 years with  Londons bigger and smaller estate  agents, their surveyors, architects  and designers. In our field, you are  only as good as your last job. Over  20 years, that must mean we are  consistently good -- surely!
